Being able to conceptualise real estate transactions is often overwhelming for clients and I pride myself for being able to coach people through the transition. Curiosity is my best quality and is valuable in the research, communication, and resolution of real estate problems. Indeed, listening and addressing the issues the client perceives as important is my point of difference.

I draw on my coaching and mentoring experience developed over 20 years to provide solutions for clients. Having won an award for Outstanding Excellence and Dedication achieved through my interactions with professional women I utilise those experiences daily. The values of honesty, care, respect, reliability, and accountability define me. Providing contract negotiation, real estate consumer protection legislation and competent customer service to clients are quantified through my results and client reviews.

I really draw on my family for the energy I need, spending time valuing those I hold dear. The beach is one of my great escapes as is rummaging through antique shops -that compliments my first love property. Learning new things is also up there -that curiosity thing!

      The gap in real estate practice was clearly a lack of diversity. Mostly male and very traditional real estate practice was not appealing to every client. EWRE was created to address the need for a more democratic and collaborative real estate style greater with a greater sense of corporate social responsibility. Embracing an e-commerce platform, the new online business offers residential, commercial and rental services for a boundaryless property market. EWRE also wants to build the coveted village vibe that families love through collaboration that is 21st century.

      The EWRE team is primarily women form diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whilst we would love men to come and join us the goal must remain – a broader offering for clients. We value both male and female perspectives when buying and selling property.

       

      Clearly men and women place different values on property attributes. Recognising and delivering what all parties want is our major point of difference. When listing we provide insights to vendors that their buyers want and ensure those are the focus of out presentations. The EWRE team recognise buyer and seller anxieties and work tirelessly to reduce tensions and create calm transacting environments.
