    The gap in real estate practice was clearly a lack of diversity. Mostly male and very traditional real estate practice was not appealing to every client. EWRE was created to address the need for a more democratic and collaborative real estate style greater with a greater sense of corporate social responsibility. Embracing an e-commerce platform, the new online business offers residential, commercial and rental services for a boundaryless property market. EWRE also wants to build the coveted village vibe that families love through collaboration that is 21st century.

    The EWRE team is primarily women form diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whilst we would love men to come and join us the goal must remain – a broader offering for clients. We value both male and female perspectives when buying and selling property.

     

    Clearly men and women place different values on property attributes. Recognising and delivering what all parties want is our major point of difference. When listing we provide insights to vendors that their buyers want and ensure those are the focus of out presentations.
