Lorraine is determined, dedicated and has a drive for working with the community. She prides herself on her ability to listen and communicate with people from all walks of life. She recognises the varying emotions and stages people go through in exciting but stressful times.

Having spent 17 years in real estate, Lorraine has a strong desire to help and guide people. In real estate, this means helping people realise their goals and move seamlessly into new chapters of their lives. Possessing the skill to easily build rapport with those she meets, her down-to-earth nature is highlighted by compassion and great communication.

Being a mother, Lorraine understands the cornerstones of good family values. As every parent knows, family life can be ever-changing, with loads of ups and downs! But guiding her clients positively in their real estate adventures is one of Lorraine highest priorities.

    The gap in real estate practice was clearly a lack of diversity. Mostly male and very traditional real estate practice was not appealing to every client. EWRE was created to address the need for a more democratic and collaborative real estate style greater with a greater sense of corporate social responsibility. Embracing an e-commerce platform, the new online business offers residential, commercial and rental services for a boundaryless property market. EWRE also wants to build the coveted village vibe that families love through collaboration that is 21st century.

    The EWRE team is primarily women form diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whilst we would love men to come and join us the goal must remain – a broader offering for clients. We value both male and female perspectives when buying and selling property.

     

    Clearly men and women place different values on property attributes. Recognising and delivering what all parties want is our major point of difference. When listing we provide insights to vendors that their buyers want and ensure those are the focus of out presentations. The EWRE team recognise buyer and seller anxieties and work tirelessly to reduce tensions and create calm transacting environments.
